Hello and welcome to Peep Designs Terms and Conditions!
Thank you for taking the time to read.
These Terms and Conditions cover as many things as we possibly can.
Mostly to make sure that you know exactly what we’re all about.
Please read this agreement carefully before you purchase any products, stationery, and packages! It includes important details about our company and the products that we sell. We tried to make these as thorough and straightforward as possible, but if you have any questions about these T&Cs, please feel free to contact us!

This promotion finishes on 31 July, 11:59pm AEST.
In order for it to be used via email, the promo code #HIGHFIVESALLAROUND must be mentioned in the initial email to Peep Designs.
- The promotional code is valid for a limited time only.
- Each promotional code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified.
- Each promotional code applies only to qualifying items as specified in the offer.
- The promotion is subject to all restrictions set forth in the offer.
- The promotional code is not transferrable and may not be resold.
- If you return items purchased using a promotional code, we will subtract the value of the promotional code from your return credit.
- Promotional codes may not be combined with other offers.
- Promotional codes are non transferrable and non refundable.
- Cannot be applied to previously placed orders or products not in stock at the time of purchase. No rainchecks.
- To apply a promo code, you must enter it at checkout prior to completing the order.
- Limit one promotional code per customer.
- If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid, and the promotional code discount will not apply.
Peep Designs reserves the right to revoke this promotion at any time.
Online Store Terms
Everything that you see online is a mock up of what your design will look like.
You will be receiving exactly what you fill out in your form at the end of check out.
Please leave 10-14 working days for production and delivery to you.
Orders and Cancellations
Your order is considered confirmed and placed after you complete your order form and payment has been received by Peep Designs. If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being placed, only 50% of your order value will be refunded. After 24 hours, no refund will be given.
Artwork Specifications when receiving artwork:
Working File (.ai) must be compatible with CS6 or higher.
All artwork and text to be outlined.
All artwork and text to be coloured pure black ( #000000)
Provide artwork with a 3mm bleed
Artwork Specifications for garments & textiles:
Working File (.ai) must be compatible with CS6 or higher.
All artwork and text to be outlined.

Artwork to be sized exactly to print size.
Pantone Colour to be given for ink colour choice.
A Note on Stationery & Wedding Items
Mock Ups, Spelling, Grammar, and all things in between.
Electronic proofs of each stationery item is sent for approval and sign off.
It is then your responsibility to check through the mock up thoroughly to ensure all spellings, font, layouts, information, etc. is to your absolute satisfaction. You will be required to email us your approval and confirmation of your design, wording, layouts, fonts, etc. Once this has been received by Peep Designs, this is a binding contract and cannot be changed. No mock ups or proofs will be given for items requiring printed guest names, eg. envelopes, or personalised invitations. You will be sent an excel sheet to fill out your guest names. It is your responsibility to ensure all spellings and addresses are correct. Should require any amendments after the list is supplied, additional charges may incur.
Clients will receive two mock ups, and will be allowed two amendments to the chosen design.
Peep Designs endeavours to ensure all information contained on our website, and in our email correspondences, is correct. All our descriptions and images found on this website are true representation of our products.
However, colours and materials cannot always be accurately represented on a computer screen.
We, therefore, recommend ordering a sample to ensure a precise colour match before placing any orders.
If you prefer not to, please send us a Pantone Code so that we can best match it to your artwork.
Peep Designs is not liable for any reprints if a Pantone Colour is not given.
Peep Designs takes absolute pride in their stationery as every single piece is made by hand.
Because of this, stationery may have some slight variations, particularly in foiling. We take great care to ensure this is kept to a minimum. We reserve the right to switch materials for similar products should materials become available.
However, we will always inform the customer if we need to substitute products for another.
Production (for stationery) Timeline
For any item, please allow 14 working days for production from approval and sign off of your job sheet. This may fluctuate depending on our workload and time of the year, but you will be informed if this is the case. This is due to the fact that all our stationery is hand made. If you require your stationery items by a particular day, please let us know and we can try to adjust the timings for you.
A rush job fee up to 40% may incur depending on how urgently you need your stationery.
Ownership of Artwork
All stationery designs on our website, including custom designs, are the sole property of Peep Designs and will not be copied, reproduced in whole or in part, whether for business or personal use. All images and texts found on any Peep Designs media (website, social media, etc.) are the sole property of Peep Designs (unless otherwise credited) and must not be copied or reproduced without prior consent.
It is your responsibility to obtain the correct copyright permission for any lyrics, readings, or pictures to be included in your stationery. Peep Designs will not be held liable for any issues in this area.
Reprints & Refunds Policy
Any defects or errors with delivered goods must be reported to Peep Designs by email within 48 hours of the items being received by the customer. After 48 hours, the items are to be deemed to be accepted by you.
In the event that the error reported is a typographical error by us (i.e. it differs from the guest list or wording supplied by the customer), Peep Designs will replace the item(s) affected. You may be required to return the item(s) in its original packaging, if requested by us. Replacement items will be sent out as soon as possible.
Refunds will not be given if the customer has already purchased a design or quantity, but changes their mind on design/quantity after payment. If there are any spelling errors or grammatical mistakes discovered after the job sheet has been signed and paid, it is the client’s responsibility to pay for any reprinting.
IMPORTANT: Reprints or refunds will not be made if the products contain errors but are as ordered by you. It is therefore vital that you ensure that the information and guest names given to Peep Designs are correct. Peep Designs accepts no responsibility for checking your spellings and is not responsible for running a spell check on stationery wording. Refunds will be made in Australian Currency. Refunds can be given as credit as well for any goods and services in Peep Designs.

Samples Terms and Conditions
We do not print any specific samples, these items are often left overs from other invitations and stationery that we have printed previously. We will endeavour to send you samples that show our entire range with the items that you are particularly interested in.
If you want to see a sample of your own customised design or suite, this will cost $100 exclud. GST & delivery charges.
A Note on Garments & Textiles
Garments & Textiles
Peep Designs have selected suppliers for garments/textiles that we know will produce the best results with our inks. Should you choose to supply your own garments/textiles, we cannot guarantee the best possible results. For further information on our suppliers, please drop us an email.
For any garments, please allow 14 working days for production from approval and sign off of your job sheet. This may fluctuate depending on our workload and time of the year, but you will be informed if this is the case. This is due to the fact that all our stationery is hand made.
If you require your garment/textile items by a particular day, please let us know and we can try to adjust the timings for you.
A rush job fee may incur depending on how urgently you need your garments.
Refunds & Reprints
All garments are hand-printed by Peep Designs.
Any defects or errors with goods must be reported to Peep Designs by email within 48 hours of the items being received by the customer.
After 48 hours, the items are to be deemed to be accepted by you. Garment colour, positioning of artwork, size of artwork, colour of artwork will be required for approval and sign off on our job sheet before production begins. After Peep Designs has received the approval by email confirmation and/or signature of the job sheet, no changes are to be made. Any changes after the approval will incur fees.
In the event of any errors, Peep Designs will replace the item(s) affected if Peep Designs is at fault.. You will be required to return the item(s) in its original packaging. You will have to pay for delivery to the Peep Designs Warehouse, but Peep Designs will waive delivery fees for the return of the garments to you. These replacement items will be sent out as soon as possible.
If there are any spelling errors, grammatical mistakes, or sizing issues discovered after the job sheet has been signed and paid, it is the client’s responsibility to pay for a reprint.
IMPORTANT: Reprints or refunds will not be made if the goods contain errors but are as ordered by you. It is therefore vital that you ensure that the information (sizing, placement, and colour) given to Peep Designs are correct. Peep Designs accepts no responsibility for checking your spellings and is not responsible for running a spell check on stationery wording.
We, therefore, suggest ordering a sample of your garment before purchasing your full job of the garment.
Peep Designs uses Stripe for online payments which charges a 2.9% + 30c charge for VISA, and Mastercard. This charge will be sent to you via to a separate invoice along with any delivery charges. If you would like to waive this fee, please email through to Peep Designs for an invoice of your order and for our details for bank transfer.
Peep Designs reserved the right for any price modifications and changes.
Peep Designs are serious about your privacy and we endeavour to keep every single piece of information private. We will not give any of your personal details to any third party companies, unless relevant (such as the postman!), nor will you receive any marketing or promotional material from us.
We, however, reserve the right to use images of your stationery on our website and our social media (including, but not limited to Instagram and Facebook). All stationery designs on our website, including custom designs, are the sole property of Peep Designs and will not be copied, reproduced in whole or in part, whether for business or personal use.
Peep Designs will not be responsible for any delays or failure to perform its obligations if there are delays or failures caused by events or circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, war, fire, strikes, failure or communications or computer systems, shortages of unavailability of raw materials, or extreme weather.
Peep Designs will use reasonable endeavours to perform our obligations as soon as it is practical to do so. Peep Designs accepts no liability to compensate you for any loss or inconvenience that arise from such delays or failures.
Peep Designs uses Australia Post (AUSPOST) as a means of delivery. We follow Australian Post Express Delivery charges.
A separate invoice will be issued once production has been completed for delivery and any additional bank charges that may incur.
We endeavour to make sure your package arrives on time. However, as this is a third party service, Peep Designs is no longer responsible for the delivery and condition of the delivered packaged once it has been posted.
We will send a confirmation email of your job, along with your tracking number.
Peep Designs cannot guarantee delivery on any particular date. If you require stationery or garments to arrive on a particular date, we will do our best to arrange the delivery accordingly but cannot guarantee this. For any late or lost deliveries, please contact AusPost for further information. Peep Designs is not responsible for any refunds or reprints for details not communicated prior to the job sheet signing.
