+ Do you offer any other printing methods?

We specialise and provide both digital and screen printing services.
However, we have now branched out to letterpress, and lasercut services available as well.

+ What kind of materials do you print on?

We screen print on all kinds of materials! We've printed on wood, perspex, marble, leather, calico, fabric, and of course paper.
Our personal favourite has been white ink on clear perspex.

+ Do you only print wedding stationery?

Nope! We can also print garments, linens, and other fabrics. If you're unsure, just contact us and we'd love to chat with you!

+ Can I come and visit the warehouse? 

Yes! We provide free, 1 hour consultation for any wedding stationary and items that you may be needing.
We are available between 10.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Saturday appointments available upon request. Please contact us to book in your appointment! 

+ I don't know what I want my stationery to look like / What do I bring to a consultation?

We always encourage our clients to have a rough idea of what they would like their stationery to look like to ensure an efficient consultation session.
Pinterest and Instagram are always great places to start when putting together a mood board. 

Bring in a maximum of 2-3 styles that you are considering and we can work together from there! :)

+ How many changes/reviews am I able to do? 

After you have finalised your design, you will recieve two mock ups of your chosen design. You have a maximum of two changes to your chosen stationery. If you are unsure of what you'd like to create, we'd recommend booking in an appointment with us to discuss what you'd like! We take great pride in our work and want to spend the time creating and designing your dream stationery. 

+ Can I submit my own designs?

Of course you can! We'd love to print anything you design.
Please see below for your artwork specifications.

Artwork Specifications when receiving artwork:

  • Working File (.ai) must be compatible with CS6 or higher.

  • All artwork and text must be outlined.

  • All artwork and text must be coloured pure black ( #000000).

  • All artwork must be given with a 3mm bleed.

Artwork Specifications for garments:

  • Working File (.ai) must be compatible with CS6 or higher.

  • All artwork and text must be outlined.

  • All artwork and text must be coloured pure black (#000000).

  • Artwork must be sized exactly to print size.

+ How do I make payments? 

Every invoice will have our banking details at the bottom for you to transfer money.
Once we've been notified by you that you have paid your invoice, you will receive a mock up of your chosen design. 

If you have chosen and shopped from our online shop, payment is made on the spot at check out.
You will also recieve a mock of your chosen design shortly after you've paid for your invitations. 

+ How long do I have to wait till I receive my package?

After finalising your design and artwork, please allow 10-14 business days for production and delivery.
We send all our packages via Express Mail by AUSPOST.  

+ Can I track the delivery of my stationery package?

Yes, once your stationery is finished we will send you an email when your package has been sent off, including a tracking number for you to track your stationery!

+ Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we do! Please send us an email letting us know where you are located in this beautiful world! 
Unforunately, we do not deliver intergalactically.

+ Can I buy any designs off you?

Please send us an email of which design youre interested in and we will let you know how to proceed from there.
